| These Russian doll owls look classy and fun at the same time.
They all have different facial expressions: the biggest one has
her eyes open, the next one only opened one eye, the third one has
fallen asleep after so much thinking, while the smallest two are
looking at the world with their eyes wide open. They are all full
of character and will make a wonderful addition to your collection
(or this can be the first item to begin one) or a very nice and

The size of the biggest Russian doll in this owl set is approx.
10 cm (4 inches), exclusive author design, made using temper technique,
finished in a special acrylic vanish. Moulds made from the Linden
tree, and this high quality wood has had to mature for two years
before made into specially designed moulds by a Russian wood turner
in a village near Polkhov Maidan, Russia

As all our Russian dolls are hand painted by artists there may be variations
and differences between those pictured on our website and the ones
you will receive. Every doll is unique as artists tend to add something
different to each and every doll set they paint. That’s why Russian
dolls are somehow a reflection of a mood of the artist painting
it in that particular moment. Russian dolls, as in life itself, may
have their own features, characters, colours and moods and can be
truly unique to you.
All our Russian dolls are hollow inside (apart from the last,
smallest doll of each set), they all open in half and fit inside
each other.
Please note that there may be some bright spots on the pictures of some Russian dolls on our website, resulting from photo camera flash and
lights. The actual Russian dolls that you will receive will not
have any of those spots.
