| Extremely unusual and rare Russian dolls as stacking frogs!
This is a set of 3 Russian nesting frog dolls. It is made in the
village of Polkhov Maidan in Russia from Linden tree, using various
paints and then varnished. The height of the biggest frog is approximately
7 cm (2.8’). The eyes are glued and the painted over to give them
a raised effect and better likeliness to real froggies. The two
biggest frogs open in halves and they fit into each other.
As all our Russian dolls are hand painted by artists there may
be variations and differences between those pictured on our website
and the ones you will receive. Every doll is unique as artists tend
to add something different to each and every doll set they paint.
Please note that there may be some bright spots on the pictures of some Russian dolls on our website, resulting from photo camera flash and
lights. The actual Russian dolls that you will receive will not
have any of those spots.
