General
(i) All goods from stock are dispatched on the next
working day following order payment. Items requested by standard
delivery should reach you within 2-3 days of dispatch. 1st Class
deliveries should reach you within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
Next Day delivery should be with you within 1 working day of dispatch.
Delivery times apply for UK mainland only. For EU and ROW deliveries
please refer to the checkout page for estimated delivery times.
(i.i) Delivery times stated on the website are estimated
only as provided by our chosen mail carrier. We make every effort
to send out all orders on the same day, or next working day by trackable
international post. Once shipped we cannot be held responsible for
postal delays caused by any means whatsoever.
(i.ii) Orders can be placed via our web site through
PayPal, our preferred secure credit card processor. The price of
the goods shall be that which is stipulated on the website. The
price is inclusive of all taxes if applicable but does not include
delivery charges. The total purchase price, including delivery charges,
will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to confirming the
order. As soon as your order is placed, your goods will be reserved
for you providing they are in stock.
(ii) Items that are highlighted as being available are in stock
and will be sent out in accordance with your requested delivery
option. If you need to have an item delivered on a certain date
for a birthday or event, then please call for assistance on 01522
560010.
(iii) Items that are highlighted as ‘Sold Out’ can still be purchased,
but will need to be specially ordered. Please call our help desk
on 01522 560010 to enquire about non-stock items.
(iv) While we will do our very best to make delivery within a stated
timeframe, the availability of natural materials may cause delivery
dates to vary. In the event that your order is likely to be delayed
we will email you straight away. However, it is also possible that
items may be dispatched earlier than stated.
(v) If you are ordering more than one type of doll or other souvenir
then we will wait until the entire order is complete before dispatching
your goods as postage is calculated as a combined order.
(vi) It very occasionally happens that an item is no longer available,
in which case we will send you a refund or offer an alternative
item.
(vii) The vast majority of our products are sent by recorded delivery.
Should you anticipate a problem with accepting delivery (having
to work that day, no-one at home, holidays, etc) then please provide
special instructions at the time of placing your order, or at the
earliest possible date to ensure we have time to amend your details
prior to your order being selected for dispatch.
(viii) Your items will be packed very carefully to ensure that
they arrive at your door undamaged. Please take extra care when
opening your items as these are fragile and can be easily damaged
by sharp objects such as knives or scissors. Items damaged in such
a way cannot be returned for a refund. Please bear in mind that
the products you are buying are hand made from natural wood, which
by its nature may have variations in form.
Returns Policy
(ix) If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please notify
us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund of the
purchase price once the item has been safely returned to us. If
your item has been gift wrapped by us we extend this notification
period to 14 days to allow for the item to be opened and checked
by the intended recipient. If the dolls were damaged or faulty upon
arrival, then we will also refund your return postage costs.
(x) It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that all orders
are carefully examined within the time frame as stipulated in section
(ix) above and to notify us of any damage within the specified time
frame. If we are not notified of damage within that period we are
unable to offer a refund and you hereby agree to indemnify us in
full as a result of your failure to notify us accordingly.
(xi) All issues will be rectified but please notify us as soon
as possible via email. You can also telephone the customer services
help line on 01522 560010 between the hours of 9am-5pm Monday to
Friday. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged
through neglect or which have not been cared for accordingly. Our
liability is restricted to the purchase price of the damaged or
faulty item plus the postage price as a percentage, either whole
or part, of the total order.
(xii) We reserve the right to alter and amend these terms and conditions
without prior notice.
We strive to provide the best possible products and level of service
we can, but if you do encounter any problems please contact us for

custom of the trade, we will in no case be liable for more than
